This was my first time using Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change. It was easy and though it wasn’t 10 minutes ( there was another car in the bay at the same time and only one technician) I was finished in about a half hour and on my way. I didn’t even have to get out of the car. I will definitely use this service again!

Worker’s did good. Disappointed that everything had additional charges and they were unable to service tires due to air compressor being broken. Also transmission was low on fluid but they were unable to service because they said they had no fluid!

I went to get my oil changed and that was all good, however, I had to ask for them to check my tire pressure and on my receipt it said they added to my windshield washer fluid, but, it is still empty. So they need to be more careful when they change technicians.
