Too many up charges. My oil filter isn’t covered in an oil change? And then they want to sell me a new air filter... I was a female by myself and didn’t know if they were just doing it because they thought I didn’t know any better. Then they didn’t check my tire pressure until I asked about it. Just don’t remember oil changes being so expensive. Everyone was very nice though and I didn’t wait long.
