Great relaxing experience getting the car inspected here… Due to ALL OF THE FRAUD…(forget trying to report such issues the state in already in their pocket), I have personally experienced at local garages in Havelock. I believe that car inspections SHOULD BE accomplished at NON-auto repair shops, like this lube shop…!!! Easy and relatively quick walk through…, it’s much appreciated… Many thanks Semper Fi Wyatt

It was quick and easy. I would recommend asking people if they want any more then an oil change before they pull in. That up sale process extended the time to almost 30 minutes. The employees were very nice, but I just wanted a quick oil change.

I now regularly go to Strickland Brothers for my oil change, etc. This time they were very busy with vehicles in every bay. I actually watched them provide the exact same procedure (explain to each customer what they were doing, asking them to turn their vehicle on and off to show them the full oil level of their oil change, etc.) to every single customer. The attention to detail and customer service is beyond comparison.
