The technicians at the Virginia Beach location are knowledgeable and efficient. I have used the Strickland 10 Minute Oil Change for my personal use and the company I work for 4years. The company bought a used F-350 van and I asked to check the tire pressures. I was told, "The tire pressures were reversed. They rotated the tires but didn't readjust the tire pressures front to back." I appreciated the competence. Very professional service, from the time I pulled up to the bay door it was 15 minutes and I was finished, this included replacing my air filter. I've spent more time in the McDonald's drive thru at lunch time.
