Very kind and informative from the get go, i used to go to take 5 and the experience there was not bad or anything but the people there seemed more concerned with getting you in and out as quickly as possible. Also i am a self taught mechanic that lives in a condo so im not allowed to do oil changes, plus i don't really have the time now. Also they are supposed to ask you if you need your service light reset, and at take 5 they have only asked me 1 out of 5 times. Fast. Easy. Only complaint I have is I'm missing a screw were the splash guard over laps now. Also did not wipe up excess oil that leaked all over the splash guard and cross member. And I know the screw was there. Now I know what the loud pop was shortly after he went down in the bay. For 70+ dollars I was expecting a little bit more professional service
