Andrew (the assistant manager) was very polite, very professional, and very informative when I came in for my full synthetic oil change—and he honored my $10 off coupon. My SUV ended up not starting after the oil change was complete so I had to call AAA. Andrew and the manager Eric were very patient and accommodating and told me not to stress, because it was after hours and the shop had to close.
