It is very hot today, and there was only one poor employee working. Instead of taking us in the order we arrived, he pulled multiple cars into the garage and changed to oil on all of them simultaneously. This meant that we sat in the heat for 50 minutes waiting as he did each step in each car. If he had done one at a time, we could have run our AC. I have to say that Rashan and Amaris that works there is the best at the Poquoson , Virginia . I had some issues that needed to be taking care of because of some one not doing the job correctly. I can say These two people went out there way and helped until after 12AM to get my car corrected. I will only take my car to them not no one else.
