The staff at SB's was polite, professional, informative, honest, and friendly. They could have upsold me on an air filter, but they didn't. They literally took my air filter out and showed it to me and told me how it's still good and I don't need another one. I will definitely be visiting them every 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever happens first!
