Every step of the service process was handled expertly - from pulling in the bay doors to exiting - all of the techs were coordinated - professional - using the call out and call back technique (ie oil cap off) Excellent service - first time ever customer 50 year old “I change my own oil “ guy

The crew went above and beyond to make sure my truck was serviced properly. This includes checking the in-cabin air filter which happen to be full of sunflower seeds. They dropped the blower (not part of normal service), cleaned out all the seeds, and replaced the filter. I appreciated their attention to make sure the job was done right. I will definitely be back!

It was awesome! A true 10 minute oil change. The guys working the bay were friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great service! I noted that Strickland give a 25% discount for military and first responders! It’s great that this company gives back to those who put their lives in the line for us all everyday!
