You guys spilled oil all over the engine and didn't clean it up. My drive way has oil stains on the concrete from being parked overnight.

Oil change was fast and employees were competent and very helpful. They did an excellent job. However I am very disappointed that your company has made the decision to no longer provide the special services that used to be provided. And now. to no longer accept checks. It seems that your business is doing everything in its power to drive customers away.
