Couldn’t get my tires rotated due to jack not in working order. Not the first time I’ve been told that they couldn’t rotate my tires. All other service has been good.

I waited over 30 minutes waiting for my car to be serviced because they was having problems with a big 550 Ford truck and in bay one and I was in bay two. There was 3 men working and all were on that big truck while I waited. Then when I went to pay that took along time because they had to call O’Reillys to get right filter for that truck and was on phone ordering it
