Fast and friendly service! I visited the Decatur, IN location for an oil change and service was done in 5 minutes! Trent explained my oil options and pricing and then showed that my oil was full after service was completed! He was very tentative to any and all questions that I had. I also purchased wiper blades and installation during my visit! It’s pretty much a one-stop-shop as far as maintenance goes! The guys did very well, taking time explaining what they were doing and it only took 10mins.
Very quick oil change efficient. Checked and filled neccessary fluids. The young man Ben I believe was awesome, clean cut, very nice,polite, I have been in customer service for years, I was very impressed by the young man. And thank him for his impressive customer service. Had a very nice smile..
