Technically you did well. Did not like sitting in my car as it was hot outside and by the end I was sweating even with window down.
Kids are running the store, Decatur store is better experience than the Bluffton location.
on 2/10/2023, my wife took our 2012 Chevy Equinox to Strickland Brothers in Bluffton for an oil change, they didn't get the oil filter tight. My wife didn't realize it was leaking oil. 4 months later and the engine ran out of oil and now the engine is shot. I put 6 qts of oil in it. it runs very badly and can not be driven. Now I am still making monthly payments on a can I can't use
We have Always gotten our vehicles oil changed there no matter what company owned it but now the prices are so high we will probably go elsewhere.
I have been having my vehicles serviced here for many years. It used to be all inclusive. They’d check lights, tires, filters, and more. Yesterday was the bare minimum. They changed my oil and nothing more other than a negative attitude. I was very uncomfortable because I could tell that the gentleman was frustrated that I was even there. In and out fast ,,got charged 6.00 for a filter I didn’t ask for or see anyone put on … and prices were more than I was expecting to pay , but got it done Sence I was already there..
Had to ask to get air checked in tires. Price was ridiculous. Been going there for a long time.. No more
So I got a oil change and everyone was nice and worked good on my vehicle but the next day I was informed by my Girlfriends dad that I my oil is leaking so me and him had to take a look at it and we tightened it all down
Customer Service was excellent! The only issues arose when the bill came. Was paying $55 for oil change, tire service, and fluids check... I even remember a time when these kinds of services offered to vacuum your car out. Covid changed many things but charging more money for less services will make me go somewhere else. It is a shame when excellent employees become subject to a new greedy owner with a hard on for profit. Hopefully their jobs there last or they find betters ones.
