I arrived around 8:00 am and someone was opening up and told me to drive right in. He said I could stay in my car which I did. He got right to work and showed me the filter which we both decided did not need changing and the inside filter was changed at the last oil change was ok. He was very pleasant and put air in tires and checked the radiator which was ok. I was done in a flash and gone. Will recommend friends and family to use them

Christa was awesome. I had a little wait but I didn't mind as I knew I would get quality service. This was at Lexington. I did not see anyone named Kassie or Samantha. I do wish you had a better loft at this location for tire rotations. The blocks were sliding because it was wet from rain so they couldn't rotate my tires. They cannot rotate my pilot at all due to the way the sides of my car are so the blocks would damage it.
