Everything went well until I drove out onto the highway and found my hood wasn't latched properly That is the difference between 3 and 5 stars

It's been a good experience every time over the last few years since I was introduced to Strickland Brothers through a mailer. Responsive friendly and fast. They always remember to offer a water while you're waiting which is a nice touch!
