Well, the young man that changed my oil had a mix up with the oil change. I told him I wanted exactly what was on my ticket, but he gave me the higher priced oil.. thank God for the employee named Lonnie, he saved the day and made it right! Please please keep him. Thanks, Andrea sanders

I came in for a car inspection and they got me right in. Everything was going perfect until it came time to print my inspection form. Evidently the DMV was connectivity issues and it wouldn’t print. After three inspections and an hour later it finally printed. The staff was very nice and kept me informed the whole time. They kept apologizing for the wait but it wasn’t something that they could help. I felt bad for the technician because I know how it feels when you’re in a position like that.
