At age 59 I thought I knew everything about an oil change BUT I actually learned a lot from this tech. He was working by himself on a snowy day. As a business owner myself, this is the kind of guy you want working for your company.

My son had to make 3 trips to get my oil changed. The first trip he couldn’t get my oil changed due to it being the first of the year and product delivery they didn’t have my type of oil or oil filter. He went back a week later and still didn’t have the things I needed so he left went and bought everything and took it back and got my oil changed.
