I liked the people and they were very friendly. The only problem was that even though I asked specifically how long it would take, the stated time of 10 minutes turned into 20 minutes. Normal circumstances no big deal however it made me 6 minutes late for work and I do not like being late for work. Still a good price and I will be back. Just won't expect an actual 10 minute oil change.
