Had a fantastic experience getting my oil changed at the Old Nat location! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I pulled in. I went in on a Wednesday afternoon and there was about a 5 min wait The service was fast—much quicker than I expected—and the price was very reasonable. It’s hard to find a place that checks all the boxes, but this one does. Excellent customer service
I had googled an oil change place near me and Strickland brothers came up so I went there. It was two gentleman that helped me. I can’t remember their names but their initials were hood tech-JHS pit tech-SBG and greeter-JHS they were so helpful. They got me in and out in 10 minutes offered cold water and just did a really awesome job. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.
