I gave them a lower score because they didn’t have my filter. I went to an auto store and came back with filter and oil. Again, the reason for the low score was due to the fact they didn’t have my filter in stock and I was in 4 days ago as well. They happily provided their services. The people are always so helpful and friendly. The service deserved a 5, but I couldn’t give them a 5 this time especially when I was there earlier during the week. Josh, our technician was fantastic. He pointed out a couple important items on my service needs. First time there but definitely coming back for my next oil change fast and convenient Tom Kingston.
I've used the S Patrick Strickland Bros location a number of times since I bought my car in 2019. They're fair, quick, and helpful to boot. I can't recommend them enough for their efficiency and customer service. They're an awesome part of the community.
I would definitely recommend this service station. Normally I change my own oil but wasn’t able to this time. After my military discount it was within 10 bucks of doing it myself and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I will definitely go to Strickland’s again. The staff was very nice as well and gave me a ice cold water while I waited.
My first time going here, it was awesome! They top off all your fluids, check the air in your tires. I would recommend this place 5 times over going to a dealership. I will be going back!!
