I had a Labor Day coupon and was told I couldn’t use it.. because it wasn’t for type of oil so I couldn’t use it.. the woman/man didn’t even look at it

Well last time they got my mileage off by 60,000 mi. So they made a note of it this time about what happened last time. I called back to try to get it fixed and they said they could not fix it until I come in again. Well to start off with I was in the bay for at least 30 minutes getting just a oil change. Spent 10 minutes looking for the oil filter which is ridiculous and I told them where it was. This is a place that changes oil and you can't find the oil filter. come on. Been getting oil and inspections performed there for couple years. Was told today they couldn't do my NC inspection, although "Official Inspection Station" is still emblazoned on wall. Opted to go ahead and get just an oil change. Oil change was performed by a couple hacks that didn't seem to know what they were doing. One employee was struggling to open the air box on my vehicle, which if I had been asked, I would have waived them checking the filter. Pulled up and the guy was polite enough. Pulled in and asked for full synthetic oil and they put the wrong oil in. I asked how long before the next oil change and he said 5,000 miles then they gave me a sticker that said 3,000 miles. This was my second time there and both times were not good. I will drive across town to somewhere else next time. Unfortunate.
Pulled up they changed the oil and I was out! Showed me the dip stick and everything!
They rigged my left tire, my left tire was shaking and my alignment was wrong and my car wasn't doing that before.. I'm never going back!!!
