Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was busy when I arrived but didn't have a long wait. After getting into the bay for an oil change, staff did complimentary light check along with the oil change and checking other fluids, air filter, and tire pressure.

Drove up. I was given a courtesy water -- loved it. Got my car inspected in 10 minutes or less and I was done. Associate had a nice smile
