I needed an oil change and went to today. As always, the staff is so friendly and honest. Their machinery was down and he explained that they wouldn’t be able to help today. He explained it has been out and they tried to get a part. I totally understand! I plan to be back next weekend and of course wait for them to do this. Not a big deal! I appreciate the honesty and true concern of not being able to do it today. He even checked my sticker and told me how many more miles I had to go. State inspection + emissions test was completed within 15min. Checkout was quick. NCDMV had the info when I arrived about 10min later.
