First and very importantly in my humble opinion, I want to make perfectly clear that the staff on hand were friendly and professional. I have NO problem at all with the staff in ANY way. The price I was charged today for an oil change was absolutely unacceptable if you ask me ! Over $52 and I brought my own oil and filter ?!?! That’s highway robbery even in this day and age of jacked up prices. Y’all should be ashamed !Â
Cost too much and this email deducted points. I just wanted an oil change I don’t to be best friends.Â
The guys were great! The prices should be upfront and clear. Instead, they ask you to purchase upsale products without telling you how much. When you get your total, it’s crazy expensive for what they added! Very disappointed.Â
No fluid top offs. Just changed oils and sent me out the door..Â
I needed a oil change had no waiting got my oil change and was on my way.Â
