They only had two people working! They were going as fast as they could. I was satisfied with the work they did. The young lady that was working with us. She was very professional and pleasant. She informed us they found fluid leaking from transmission or steering. We were grateful that they had told us. We'll have it checked out. We will come back here again. Thank you!
Patronize this place at your own risk. I brought my 2013 LR4 in for an oil change in November, and they stripped my oil drain pan and plug. Rather than tell me what they did, they managed to tighten the screw just enough for me to drive out without noticing. The next time I got an oil change, I went back to the place that I've been using for YEARS, and they immediately informed me that my oil pan is leaking due to a stripped plug. Two days ago I had the pleasure of being serviced at Strickland Brothers. It was the best experience I've had getting an oil change. Super fast, great customer service and quality work. I will be back and recommend others.
Great spot, been once and will be back. Saturday morning oil change and tire check took about 30 min including a wait. Oil change price was reasonable (2 options for synthetic oil which my car needs). Whole experience comfortable—you drive up and wait in the car and stay in the car during the service. James was kind, efficient, and cool.
I went during midday and they were professional, fast, and accommodating. They didn’t try to upsell anything. I was in and out in about 15 mins.
