Last evening, I stopped for an oil change. I was greeted with a smile immediately upon driving up to the door and was given a bottle of water. The young man was very friendly and explained the type of oil needed for my vehicle. I then asked about rotating the tires and he measured the treads and showed me the wear on them. He also took the time to show me under my hood where a mouse or squirrel was trying to build a nest. He assured me that he vacuumed everything up and the critter was not lurking in my car.
