First of all I was so excited to see professional AA females to greet me as I drove up and in. There was a young AA man there manning the second lane. I was greeted with a big warm smile. They asked me to open the hood, I was just staring at the dash wondering how in the world do I open that thing. The young ladies noticed I was struggling, so they gently smiled and one of them said, I got it ma’am, no worries.
