VERY PROFESSIONAL. I attempted to get my truck done at American oil change on nine mile. They stripped my plug and in the process of fixing it BEAT my oil pan inwards. Left frustrated and unknowing what I would do. My team mates at Ascend told me to stop by Strickland. Phillip viewed the problem and reassured me that he could fix it. He did and was so forthcoming and polite. Strickland has my business forever. Thank everyone there.

We completely recommend Strickland Brothers in Cantonment on Hwy 29! Phillip and Josh were both very professional and thorough with our oil change today. There were no hidden fees......as a matter of fact...while seated in my vehicle, I could clearly see an itemized list of everything about to be done to my vehicle. Great service! Very thorough. Very polite and personable. They informed me prior to any work that the prices increased. And wow, they sure did increase! After that, it was my choice to proceed. I appreciate their forthright attitude. They provided quick, thorough servicing. Checked all fluids and filled where needed , checked my tires and reset the maintenance censor.
Got my oil changed yesterday.. They're the only ones allowed to touch my van with an oil change/fluid check...as a newly single mom.. It's nice to take my vehicle somewhere I can trust.. Great job!!!!
