Best oil change place I’ve been in a very long time. Usually I feel super weird going to oil change places because sometimes guys are weird. But these men were very respectful and generous! I have another car I will also be bringing here! Glad to finally have a permanent oil change place! ❤️ they walked me through everything too!
I stopped by the Kannapolis location this morning on my way to work and it was honestly one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had there. The two gentlemen working were very friendly and they got my oil changed done quicker than they ever have. I will be coming here in the future, and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
I have been procrastinating writing this review about the manager Mike. He is a great manager, tells his team what is expected of them, how to keep customers engine bays clean, how to be more efficient at their job, how to treat customers, and how to do their job 100%. He is a great manager, and is very thorough.
Dakota was AWESOME! He went above and beyond to help me with my oil change and removing something from my car for free that even the dealership wouldn’t help me with! He deserves a raise! I will always come back to this company because they know what it means to care for their customers!
Friendly, laid back but professional group. Great teamwork with the oil change, looked like a NASCAR pit crew! Coupon was an issue but they made sure I got my few dollars off which was great. Overall great service.
