It was a very pleasant experience. The 2 technicians were extremely friendly & capable. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They definitely have my business. (I would absolutely give them a raise if they were my employees. )

Michael was awesome & gave superb customer service. I didn’t get the other young man’s name but he also was good at customer service. I loved how they both offered services that were available but did not pressure us into additional services.

Outstanding customer service! Caleb and Alex went above and beyond on my oil change. Checked my air filter and cabin and topped off all my fluids! They also checked my tires and spread information awareness for my car! Will be coming to stricklands from now on!

We were traveling across the country, West Coast to East Coast, and felt like we needed an oil change. This was our second stop, and the service actually exceeded our expectations by a lot. Very professional, very kind, and the service was very quick. They did not try to tell us we needed a bunch of other things either. They did some other maintenance such as checking air pressure in the tires and changing washer reservoir. Excellent choice and Caleb was really a great representative for the company.
