Very polite and explained everything clearly. I feel they tried to sell me too many extra services-engine flush, cabin filter, air filter. I do think he was honest in telling me how often I needed to change them. I would like them next time to look up what services I had on my last visit before trying to get me to buy more services. Or maybe have recommendations for timelines and explanations of services on your website.

They where nice, and it didn’t take long. They explained why they recommended synthetic and even pulled it up on the phone that my care engine should be taking synthetic instead of conventional oil.
