I had to wait longer than the oil change itself because the shop was busy
I had to wait 10 minutes or so after pulling in because of some computer glitch before service began. I needed to ask to have the air in my tires checked. But the personnel were friendly.
They didn't try to sell me unneeded services. Seemed to be honest.
