Today I went to get a oil change for the first time. A Powhatan location. Unfortunately I didn't get the young man's name.however he made my visit great! He met my husband in the parking lot and shook his hand.He offered us water. Told us step by step what was happening.and when we were done he wished us a good day. I normally don't give feedback, but I felt so strongly that this young man receive his due credit that I was eager to.
