For the most it was a good experience. One thing that I don’t agree with was the pricing. Advertise a full synthetic oil change for $89.99 then get charged and extra $10 for synthetic oil.

I've been going to Strickland for a long time before it got new owners. The staff is great and always willing to answer questions. If there is one thing I would add is fans inside the mechanic area. Now that we have to stay in ours and it summer, the fans will help keep the work area from being overly hot.

Those guys/gal(s) at Stricklands give the best service Ive gotten anywhere, they even helped me find a mechanic and educated me on a few things I didnt know. Someone needs to give those fellas and gal(s) a raise. Thanks again Strickland crew for the service you provide, its much appreciated.
