I loved the team work. They were cordial, timely, and very professional. I didn’t feel pressured into getting any extra services, but only asked if I would like to get something other than what I asked for. I will definitely be back and will recommend you all to my friends and associates!.

Great customer service. Offered me bottled water and made reasonable recommendations which I followed. The technician was pleasant and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase additional items/services. My Military discount was very helpful!

Everyone was so polite and professional and knowledgeable because they answered all of my questions. They even checked my air and cabin filters. They offered me a cold bottle of water and most of all they were quick and efficient. This was my very first visit and this will be the place I come to for life….I have free lifetime oil changes with the car dealership but I rather pay the money to Strickland Brothers 10 minute oil change because of the convenience of being able to stay in my car and get a complete oil change and no... read more

Getting ready for a 3,000 mile trip back to AZ, on a hot muggy day, I drove in behind an earlier arrival, and Achor welcomed me right away and offered a bottle of water ... staying hydrated really was the perfect perk! Monro and Achor made sure I saw how dirty my oil was from my trip east, and how clean it was before I left. I saw Monro replace a filthy oil filter with a brand new one and how carefully he made sure the seal was set right (a hazardous operation that could burn one). Very expedient. Tokyo, Dylan, and I believe Brian (couldn’t see his name tag since he was busy under the hood) were warm, friendly, and best of all professional. Only had to wait 5-10 min to get into a bay then was done under 15. Will use again.
