First time bringing my vehicle in. Did a good job and I will come be back in
Location I went to did not have oil or filter I needed. I was sent to another location. They did not have the tool to take skid plate off my VW Beetle. After waiting for sometime for a tool to be delivered I finally was out after over an hour wait. I’m still not positive that I got the correct euro oil VW requires. In the future Strickland will not be where I go to for future oil changes on any vehicles I have.
