The crew did great. They all worked together well to keep the line moving but were also very informative and knowledgeable about the products that they’re offering.

Quick service, knew how to reset the complicated Toyota system, no pressure on upselling. The cost was expensive IMO, $96 for an oil change, but not sure what is typical these days. Overall, friendly and knowledgable service employees…and they gave me a discount for my first visit.

Quick service but the price for a oil change is ridulcus never paid that much before and i had a $15 coupon

Service was good. A little pricey. I was in pinch for time but I can change oil myself in the future for 60% less using the exact same products

The crew did not act like they knew what they were doing or in a rush to complete the service. They almost let me drive off without showing me my oil level. They never showed me the filter to let me decide if I wanted it changed or not. They asked if I wanted the cabin filter checked which I had never been asked that before and once I said yes, the guy could not locate it to check it out.
