I just went here for them to change my oil and I love their honesty. They could have soaked me for an oil change but offered to add oil instead because I was still 2,000 miles short of an oil change. They said if they had to guess, the previous oil change place didn't put enough oil in it. 🫤🤔 Josh was very helpful! I will definitely be back when my oil change is due.
This was my first visit since the place has been open and I must say that I was very pleased with the service that the gentlemen provided me! I was greeted as soon as I got in line with an explanation of the wait time and process. Once my car was ready to be pulled in they took great care of me in providing every service needed! Went to the Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change today for the first time because they are close to my daughter's apartment, but I'll be back because they provided excellent service. They were polite and informed me of additional services that I should consider without being pushy. They also made sure I was 100% satisfied before driving off. They were great!
friendly, didn't have to wait too long for oil change, mechanic showed me dipstick after they fill my car with fresh oil to see the level ,which I really liked.Price is same like anywhere else.I will be coming back.
