Fast, thorough service. Friendly staff at a decent price. I normally get my tires rotated with most oil changes but that’s not offered SB brothers.

The technicians were very kind, knowledgeable, and quick with my service. I came in for an oil change, but got my tires filled, blinkers and lights checked, and windshield fluid filled at no extra cost. Will be coming back!

I had road debris hit under my car on the interstate. I was still about 10 miles from my destination in Indiana. I had been on the road for about 10 hours from my home. An indicator light came on my screen showing maintenance needed and my other screen said my oil was at 15%. I was very worried that the rubber that hit my undercarriage may have damaged the oil pan and I was leaking oil. Pat is the ultimate professional. This gentleman was respectful, detailed, and communication with myself, the customer, was bar none. Give this man another five stars for a pleasant demeanor maintained while performing task, and training another corespondent, at the same time. Strickland Bros should promote this guy to Director of Operations. He performed as a trainer, salesman, mechanic, customer service rep, and manager all in a matter of 10 minutes. The world needs more Pats!
