I had called another oil change shop and was given the run around as I was told it was going to be at least a week before I could get my car in. So I called Strickland Bros., and was told the oil filter would be delivered in 15 minutes. So I headed there! As I pulled onto the lot I was greeted with a bottle of water and instructions on what to do when I was next. The three employees that were on duty were extremely friendly!
