Fast and easy service as usual. I was not happy with the rule that customers are no longer permitted to get out of their vehicle or use the restroom. I live near Winamac and had driven to Kokomo for a medical appointment. From Kokomo I drove to Rochester to get my oil changed. I was not happy when I was told of the change that I could not use the restroom. I'm not sure but I believe current ADA standards, maybe even laws enacted, permit the use of restrooms when needed for customers in a place of business. Other than that t... read more
