Had a driveway and parking area constructed for my home. Two old maple trees had to first be removed which required considerable effort to remove all the roots. The backfill was maybe three feet deep in places. The surface was prepared and geotextile fabric put down then about two inches of #57 stone tamped down. Some of the area felt spongy. Horrible subcontractor control, very poor customer service, constant excuses, and took two years to get a repair made under warranty.

We had a great experience with Ken, he was so knowledgeable and personable- an expert in his field. The catch is when the crew came, they seems confused about what they were supposed to do. We’re not really confident the work was done to Ken’s specifications. My husband tried to guide them, but we’re concerned something perhaps got lost in translation? Ken mentioned he’d have the team redirect the drain pipes under our deck, that didn’t happen. Again, Ken was great and we had a positive first company experience. However, whe... read more
