No leaks in my basement so far thank God! Warranty is for 20 years. I hope that is true... All the work was done in a timely fashion.
Our foundation repair project went really well - the final work was great. The areas I recommend for improvement are communication and timeliness. I was told our project would start within a few weeks of when we signed the contract; it turned out to be several months. I received no updates without first reaching out to ask for them. Once the project started, I was not updated that the project wold take longer than the week I was told when we signed the contract.
