No leaks in my basement so far thank God! Warranty is for 20 years. I hope that is true... All the work was done in a timely fashion.
Our foundation repair project went really well - the final work was great. The areas I recommend for improvement are communication and timeliness. I was told our project would start within a few weeks of when we signed the contract; it turned out to be several months. I received no updates without first reaching out to ask for them. Reasonable price and decent work. But unfortunately I have now moved to a condo so have no near term need for your type services.
Price for the proposed basement walkout price estimate was too high.
Please send me an updated detailed invoice. I would like to make the final payment but the scope of work changed. The amount due should be less. There was no plumbing work done.

Overall, the work performed by SRR was fine. The workers themselves did a great job and the results appear to be working. The only issue I have is with the cost of sealing the interior basement wall as part of the service and pricing in general. Cleaning and sealing the interior wall was estimated at $350. The actual work took approximately 10 minutes or less using the same sealer sold from a big box store which gives us a rate of $35/minute. This seems excessive for labor in any industry. I really struggled with the project management for our large project. From the beginning, our project was plagued by the PM’s error and lack of attention to detail. For example, he mismeasured a structural retaining wall that was to be replaced by almost 50% (measuring it at 20 feet when in fact it is 36 feet). 1. Communication with the office was very poor. I had appts scheduled and nobody showed up. I had appts rescheduled and nobody called to tell me. I called the office with questions and never got a follow-up call. With weather and COVID, stuff happens - just tell me. 2.
