RecommendedMy wife and I had Structural Repair and Renovations design and install a solution for pooling water next to our home. Pat actively listened to our concerns and input. Together, we came up with a creative and effective combination of a French drain, perforated pipe drainage system, and an aesthetically pleasing overlay which both solved our water drainage problem and created a pleasing and functional surface. The work was professionally and promptly performed. We are very pleased with the end result!

They built it from scratch and followed the process thoroughly including structural design, sharing a drawing with me and sending a couple of options, making adjustments to my liking, then taking county's approval etc. They used good quality material and the quality of their workmanship was top notch. RecommendedWe developed serious drainage issues when a large house was built on a hill overlooking our home. What had been a grassy drainage ditch was suddenly a flowing torrent after heavy rains. Ken Fraine and his crew designed and built a drainage ditch using river rock. The ditch has done a great job of keeping the water flow contained during heavy rain. An added bonus is that it looks fantastic.
Look no further! Ken Fraine and Structural Repair & Renovations is AMAZING! I will never look to anyone else when in need of either a structural engineer or repairs. They are responsive, thorough and even went the extra mile for my client by communicating with USAA to ensure the specific insurance questions were addressed regarding the claim. They deserve 5+ stars!!!
Ww found the professional skill set and human touch from these guys to be just great. They are courteous, quick, competent and honest. Will be using them again in the near future but since their last work is still doing the job, it could be a very long time. No hesitation with this group.
