I came to Structure House 5 months ago broken in mind, body & spirit. My life was at an all time low. Structure House helped me gain my life back in all 3 areas. My husband and I make regular one week visits to Structure House, and these visits help us to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The staff is excellent, the food is delicious, and the newly renovated apartments are beautiful. And we have lots of fun!
Without question a life changing week at Structure House. Every single aspect of the program was inspiring, informational, and educational. My day to day life (like most others) has always been chock full of non-stop work and activity. Structure House has shown me the road to balance. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking the food/life/work balance. I'm a fan and a participant for life. Already signed on to go back. Already down 30 pounds from my initial weight.
