Process was made easy from the application to submitting documents. Emails were sent regularly to keep us up-to-date with what was happening or needed.
Everything was explained and handled very timely. When something came up it was efficiently addressed. I had Covid during the process but was able to complete everything needed, and the extra communication really helped!

The ease of the experience and professionalism of the staff.
I was kept in the loop every step of the way. If I had questions they were answered in a way that left no misunderstanding. This was the fastest loan I’ve ever received. Amber Hatch and Kristy Shriver were very professional and wonderful to work with. I’d use VIP and the Crawford Team again and would recommend them to my friends. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
