Our initial call/introduction was excellent. Breanna took a lot of time to answer all of our questions and outline the refinance steps and variables that went into closing etc. As the process continued, it seemed like the support team did not take time to review our file before answering questions which created confusion and uncertainty that required follow ups to clarify/fix. In the end, everything went smoothly, but the bumps along the way were unforced errors.
