Kyle did a great job explaining my options to me and talking me though the refinancing process. He was great about following up with me and making sure I was comfortable with everything. I felt no pressure from Kyle at any time during the process and I appreciated that so much. \n\nWhen I started working with Amber, I found her to have the same level of professionalism and clear communication as Kyle. She was quick to respond to my questions and let me know what was needed from me.

Working with the Crawford team was smooth and painless on a process that can often be neither. Breanna was responsive and thorough, patient and professional. Amber was totally in top of things every step of the way. I had a fast close in under a month but was able to trust the team to get it done on time, plus my interest rate and loan costs were fantastic!
