Love this salon. People are great, studio is beautiful and my wax girl Jessica Powell Ferrell is the absolute best. Been going to get for all my wax and facial needs for years!
When I started going to Brittany Harrington four years ago, I had chin length hair, and it was not healthy. I had always wanted long hair, but my hair broke off easily. This is the second time that Whitney has taken me as a walk in and I absolutely love the fun haircut I left with!
I am beyond written sentiment when it comes to how I feel about this place- the ENTIRE place. But I for sure can’t find the right words to express my gratitude for Brittany. She is such an amazing, inspiring, and insanely talented soul. Tristen is AMAZING. She listened, took the time to make sure I was happy, answered all my questions and made me feel like a rock star while she did it! I left completely satisfied and will highly recommend her to everyone. ALL of the salon staff is talented (I watched several other people leave happy as well) and the place is beautiful, clean and bright, with fantastic customer service from start to finish!
I have never loved a hair salon as much as I love studio 285. I've been seeing Whitney for almost 2 years, and my hair is incredibly healthy for being a blonde blonde and I am in love! The whole studio285 team is extremely knowlegdable and they're constantly learning and evolving to improve. I always leave feeling like a princess. They're the only salon in the Augusta area that I trust to touch my hair!
If you're looking for a professional who cares about her clients, and salon please look no further than WHITNEY. I had completely left Studio285 after being disappointed with the professionalism of one of their other stylists. I was ready for a change, and I’m so glad I went to see Whitney- she has a passion for what she does, and she knows what she’s doing. Everyone at Studio 285 is so nice. I can’t recommend Whitney and Studio 285 enough!
